Use and maintenance of CNC punch die

1. The mould should be cleaned and lubricated regularly CNC punch die.

2. Different plate thickness and different materials should be used for different clearance under the CNC punch die. The clearance is too small to chew the die, and the burr is too large.

3. Different material moulds should be used for different material plates, such as stainless steel and aluminum copper plates, special steel should be used.

4. To regularly check the coaxial of the punch up and down the mold seat, the mold position is not correct, easy to unilateral bite mold or broken mold.

5. The forming mould should fine-tune the hitting head from the lowest Ken to the appropriate position, otherwise, it is easy to cause a break mould.

6. When it is found that the upper and lower die edge wear up to R0.25mm round 0.013mm, the excessive grinding will cause the die surface overheating, equivalent to annealing treatment, the die becomes soft, greatly reducing the life of the die, grinding must increase enough coolant.

7. After grinding, the edge should be treated with oilstone, remove the excessively sharp alignment, and demagnetization and oiling.

8. When the depth of the die is not enough, adjust the height of the striking head to the required size.

9. The grinding amount of the die is certain. If the value is reached, the punch will be scrapped. If continue to use, easy to cause mold and machine damage outweighs the loss.

10. When replacing the die and blade die, pay attention to safety before and after starting the equipment to prevent damage to the equipment, die and human body.
